Went to see Pratik at Woodside today to sort out my troublesome back. What a guy! Firstly , the clinic is taking simple , practical steps to be COVID secure - but it still felt a bit weird , within a couple of minutes of chatting with Pratik - any weirdness associated with the new COVID world was forgotten.
Super knowledgeable, great to chat to and most importantly sorted my back out good and proper and as promised, he has emailed me through some simple exercises to do to help strengthen my core too - it is the best my back has felt in a LONG time, so much so I hit some smashing shots at tennis this evening. Thanks Pratik!
