I noticed a few adverse reviews about this company...

I noticed a few adverse reviews about this company, and I am surprised. The Travel Agent Next Door, is a host company that host Travel Agents. I suspected the negative reviews must be associated with an individual agency hosted under this umbrella, and therefore ranking this company lowly, is unfair.
Moving on, I have to say this is one of the best host companies - who has amazing and extremely supportive in-house support staff. Always a breathe of fresh air to work among professionals.
