Sylvester comprehensive and UM are above and beyond specialty care.
The portion of the administration that handles patients biometrics, logistics and general well being is outstanding. Quality care at it s finest.
The only complaint I have is with the cafeteria on the NW 12 ave entrance where the old building is located.
10:am you walk in and before you step up to the breakfast bar your told breakfast is over quite firmly.
Even though the breakfast bar is full to capacity with eggs, sausage, bacon and other breakfast items.
The staff there lack friendly helpful interaction and seem at times to be quite bothered if one takes a bit of time to make a selection.
This cafeterias staff apparently does not represent the core values of the institution that houses it or the patients that make the mistake of using it for their convenience.
I hope administrators can moderate this issue that causes unnecessary disdain to patrons that may need a kind word and patience with their meal.
