I have used their services twice in recent months....

I have used their services twice in recent months. Both times the medical personnel and drivers were professional. Where I have had issues both times is with their billing department. In spite of my health insurance provider issuing explanation of benefits statements indicating I owed nothing, they have billed me multiple times for each service. I just keep appealing back to Aetna and they take care of it. But another person might not understand their benefits and might not fight these bills. I think what they are doing is illegal when they know they have no right to charge me outside their contract with my health insurance provider.
