My sales person Victoria Hill was EXTREMELY attentive to all of my random emails. She looked up the vehicles I was interested in and replied quickly. I am in Iowa and have no idea where Victoria is located but there were no issues with time zones or anything.

I spent about two weeks looking for a vehicle at my own pace and then maybe four days with Victoria's help before I purchased a vehicle.
