Has been a Knab customer for a few years and never regretted the switch. The costs are very low. I can open as many accounts as I want and internet banking works very well. I think calling the customer service is the biggest plus of the Knab. No lengthy choice menus but immediately an employee on the line who is also friendly. At the time I was very reluctant to change banks, but afterwards I should have done it much earlier.
