I am a victim of the Napa Valley fires. I have been evacuated since Tuesday. I called to get a room for 5 days starting Monday so I can go to work. I am a Cardiac sonographer at St. Helena Hospital. I explained my situation to the guy, he proceeded to tell me that the room was $299 a night. I said are you serious, you can t give me a deal? I have no place to stay and have to go to work. His answer was I m sorry that is all I can do. Let me remind everyone, that Napa, Sonoma, Calistoga & Santa Rosa have evacuees.
I hung up the phone, called the Best Western. They had 3 rooms left and gave me a really good deal. Thank you Best Western! Sham on you Embassy Suites and Hilton.
