Docutap is an average company. I have been using their services for a couple of months now and I must say, I'm not overly impressed. The user interface is a bit clunky and unintuitive, and I've encountered a few bugs along the way. While their customer support is responsive, it always feels like I am encountering problems more frequently than I would like. Overall, I would say it's an average experience.
