An amazing, sobering place that the National Park Service maintains meticulously. Entrance is free, you just walk up to the window and get a timed ticket. Don't skip the museum downstairs, it's amazing. You have to walk through it to get to the theater, and really is fascinating. After the theater, walk across the street with the same ticket and see the house where Lincoln died.
