I always tried to keep a positive attitude toward ER employees. I know that they are stretched to their limit but yesterday took the cake. I was in the ER with a friend for heart issues. While there, they brought in a woman by ambulance on a stretcher. They put her in a chair in the waiting room while she REPEATEDLY and loudly moaned and BEGGED for help. After about 20 minutes of this, and many other very sick and distressed people wondering what the h*ll, I went to the nurse and asked if she couldn't do something for that woman would she please find someone that could! Took about another 10 minutes but they finally took her back. That woman was by herself. If that had been MY family member, I would be suing!
