Love the product - hate the service (or total lack...

Love the product - hate the service (or total lack of it !!!)
I recently purchased a Google Nest WIFI and a Google Nest Mini - love the products.
HOWEVER Google sold them to me at a fixed price in AUD - then a higher price appears on my credit card - PLUS an OVERSEAS transaction fee on both transactions!!!
I have written to Google Aust with NO response. SO I tried calling them - after going through their automated telephone service I reached a voice saying it will transfer me to a receptionist - 20 minutes of silence later - NOTHING !! I have done this twice - and still NO connection
