Before writing any review I would like to inform you that which is very important, if you are going for interview in cogent please do not bring charger or data Cable, because guard will not allow you or not submit your charger or data cable. Which is I think is very bad.
If you are freshers in BPO you can come to cogent. This is not the best BPO but it is good place to start in this BPO rather than the starting from the small company or fraud company. Advantages of the BPO is that you can get process and salary depend on your ability. And one disadvantage is that they give very less amount in training period.
