All in all I had a great experience. I ordered a shirt from them based off of a colleagues recommendation. My shirt arrived 2 weeks after ordering it but didn't fit to my liking. It was a little tight and the sleeves were way too short. I brought it back, they made note of the necessary adjustments and re-made my shirt, no questions asked. Two weeks later and I received a perfect shirt to my exact specifications. Seeing how this shirt fits, I will never be able to buy off the rack again. Well worth the money.
