I'm sorry - I really don't get some of the negative reviews for this hospital. My mom took a terrible fall, breaking her wrist, toe, hitting her eye and head. We went into Tri-City, and the process went like this: We waited in the ER waiting room to take vitals and get logistical info, with a blood pressure test as well. They did this with every person that walked in to determine the level of severity apparently. After that, we waited about 8 minutes and my mom went for another check with a nurse and to determine the severity of her condition. They were very professional at all times with us. They then asked us to wait a few more minutes and moved my mom into the ER. From that point forward, my mom received incredible kind and professional care. From the ER nurses to the doctors. She was quite severe with two brain hemorrhages and they moved her into ICU. Dr. Souza, and Camille (doctor and nurse) were AMAZING and I will forever be thankful for their care, concern, and treatment of my mom. Since my mom was on a blood thinner, it was very dangerous, but they were able to stop the expansion of the bleed and nurse her back to a less life-threatening state. She will be going to in-patient PT in the next day after being at Tri-City for a week. What this hospital lacks in some aesthetics, perhaps due to age, they more than make-up in professionalism, kindness, care and medical knowledge...I would trust these medical professionals anytime.
