I have not heard from Samsung about the situation ...

I have not heard from Samsung about the situation on my Note 7 phone for 2 months. They have not returned my money or given me any support telephone numbers. I have called more than 20 times and nobody gives me a solution. This week if I do not receive an answer I will file a DEMAND.
