I recently got my BMW from this location and had excellent service and experience. I typically in the past have gotten my cars through a broker as I did not want to deal with pushy salesmen at dealerships. However, I'm glad I went in to the Santa Monica BMW dealership this time as they were professional with me and I did not feel pushed into a decision at all.
Adam Sahyouni (Manager) is very knowledgeable about BMW cars and was very patient with answering all my questions and test driving different cars; making sure I was comfortable with my decision on which car I was going to get. Adam is very knowledgeable, professional and caring and I would highly recommend him!
I also met with Nicole when I went to pick up my car and sign the paperwork and she was also very professional and lovely to work with. I would recommend this dealership.
