I had to stay here for about 2 months when my house froze up in the winter (radiators broke, took forever to find replacements)

The best part about the hotel is the cookies, however I only got 1 at check in (you don't get one every night, or so I was told) You'd think spending as much money as I was (well my insurance, something like $8k) you'd get a cookie every night, only cost them like $0.05 probably, and when fresh, they're very very good.

The hotel wasn't bad, but I have a very high standard for hotels (I always splurge when traveling, so stay at very high end hotels) It wasn't impressive for me, but may be for people not used to high end hotels. Plus my insurance was footing the bill, so I couldn't complain much anyway.

The one major disappointment I had (aside from not getting a cookie every night) was that the climate controls in the rooms make them VERY humid in the winter. During my two months there I stayed in 4 different rooms, they were all bad. I'd wake up in the middle of the night every night drenched in sweat...

Spencer's steak house is the best steak I've had in Spokane, but quite expensive... That's the best part of the hotel.
