NOTE: these are the reviews you should take extra notice to, not employee faked reviews Edit. From 5 to 1. German is great at making it look good and it stays nice a year or 2. Then you start to notice the corners they cut everywhere and it will cost you. Nice when things break month 14 when the warranty is 12 months. I m not happy with their execution in the long run. I won t pick a cookie cutter company again. Check them constantly. Improve their shotty standard HVAC systems as an upgrade. You will thank me in the long run. Most my neighbors have issues with their great hvac flow and designs on top of the cheapest systems they can find.

Edit to response.. if I could reply properly to the owner I would say you had your chance during the warranty period and shortly after it ended for ALL the things you had to come back to fix. At that point with the same issues being worked on often, you lost the chance to nickel and dime me on other work that I could just sub out cheaply myself....
