F250 Service Manager James is great. Had windshiel...

F250 Service Manager James is great. Had windshield washer problems. James got me in next morning. He noticed that I had two tires in bad shape. Got everything fixed. Excellent turn around. James always has a smile. Cowles keeps my business because of him!
