TL;DR: Nice smaller venue, just schedule doors opening better.

We came for John Mayer on a Saturday-- he didn't have an opener, so Ticketmaster said he was going to go on around 7:30pm. Usually people filter in during the opener, but since he didn't have one, everyone was obviously trying to get there on time. The doors were not open until 6:30pm, which would be fine if there was an opener. But everyone obviously showed up early, and there were huge queues to get in. We were there around 6:45pm, and we didn't get inside the building until around 7:30pm. The arena itself was great, a nice small venue, but they should have opened the doors much earlier so that everyone can see the show on time.
