They have extremely poor customer service. The agents lie on call and do so over email as well! I was enrolled in Price Alerts programs against my direction (I opted out). Opened a ticket via email and was informed to ignore the enrollment and that it was an error on their side. Few days later, I receive an email again related to my enrollment and followed up with Arcadia support on prior ticket. Their response was standard. Ignore the email and I am good to go.

To my surprise, I received an email from my utility provider advising that my energy supplier is in the process of being switched. At this time, I am annoyed and thought to call them. It was a Friday and the agent said that she is going to research and I can expect a call later in the day or by Monday. A lie again... No one bothered to revert, so I called on Wednesday and was given an assurance that this will be resolved and I will receive a response by end of day. The day passed and I am again waiting to hear back.. After giving ample opportunities for them to correct their mess, this is the apt feedback that I believe I can provide at this time
