It helped a lot that I did my research on the car I wanted, it's features, etc before coming here. It also helped that I had previously went to my credit union prior to coming here, so I was able to know my credit score, and know what kind of loan/percentage I could be getting. It turned me off that one of the finance people told me that my quoted rate from my credit union was incorrect, he even printed out a piece of paper to show me their current rates and incorrectly showed me the wrong rate, because he was unable to read the chart correctly. When I pointed out to him his mistake, he didn't even apologize, he just said, "Oh. " and walked away. This is why I'm giving one less star.

My experience at Magnussen's Toyota was overall delightful, only because of Paul Sander (Sales Consultant) and because of Faisal Aziz (Finance Director). They both deserve 5 stars for making the whole process effortless and enjoyable. Everyone else we encountered approached us with a "I know better then you attitude" which is a total turn off. Paul and Faisal were both honest, patient, and professional without coming off with a "holier than though" attitude.
