Unfortunately disappointing service, especially arrogant from R & S.
I had my BMW for service that I brought my own oil, was probably the deciding factor for the unfriendly treatment. Despite scheduling was actually said at the reception, I can not find you in the system, I'm sorry we have now no time, please just put the car down. You feel like a customer of the third class, just because the car does not have 400hp but is an ordinary 320i that is already a few years old. To top it all, I got the car back with various scratches, which of course can not come from the workshop or the almost 25km test drive. Never again!!
