Service department sucks here. Second time trying ...

Service department sucks here. Second time trying to use them and simple things like allignments turn into three day events. I would say stay clear of BMW or at least the service dept here .very unhaoou with them . They did offer a free car wash for the delay but I don't need a car wash .I need my car fix today as promised.
