Chief's Luau is at Wet n Wild theme park which already kills the Hawaiin ambience. Also, it's an out door facility and unfortunately it rained the night we saw the show. They did try to supply a plastic poncho but we still ended up getting soaked -including the food. Just a thought for when it rains next time- buy a tent. Or with all the money you charge get a better venue that doesn't have cheap tables, plastic chairs and plastic cutlery to eat your food. The show itself was barely Hawaiian influenced. Most of the performers including the chief were Samoan. I'm from Australia I can see Samoan culture anytime, so for me it was not so exciting. All in all, the performers and dancers were quite good, food was ok but the show and experience was quite lame and overpriced.
