Utterly irresponsible pet care. Avoid Avoid Avoid. I came in at 2am out of concern my cat was not peeing. The vet tech was very nice and the doctor brusque, but competent. $125 for the emergency visit and $40 more for urinalysis.

They said I would receive a call at 7 or 8am with results of the test to tell me if the cat needed to start antibiotics ASAP...no call.

I call them at 2pm. They say the test hasn't resulted, they should know by 4 or 5pm....no call.

I call them at 6:30pm. Test hasn't resulted. They don't know why, but they can leave a note for the night person to call me if they've resulted....no call.

I call them at 9pm. The test has resulted but they're not allowed the tell me the results because a veterinarian needs to look at it. They will contact me in the morning.

No call the next morning. I call at 11am. The vet is not in today and they will leave my results for someone to interpret and call me later. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can t fathom how any pet care is actually performed here.

I ended up driving down there in person. While staff was very nice, it in no way made up for absolute TRAINWRECK of care.

Cat had a UTI that needed antibiotics he started today. Care was delayed by more than 24 hours for no reason. If he was a more elderly or sick, he could have kidney injury or sepsis.
