This is a great store with great products. Unfortunately the owner Stacy is a real piece of work. Horrible business person, horrible human being, and as abysmal of a customer service operator as you could find. Owner bait & switched a chair, and refused to service a good paying customer when confronted about the mistake. Was mentally abusive and berating to the point where this guy should not be in business anymore. I've been in the retail sales business my whole life and have never seen such a thing.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CRESCENT HOUSE - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!!! ON TOP OF THAT THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE CRAP ABOUT IT TOO!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
