Beautiful Estate. The word customer-friendliness is not yet included in their dictionary there. When the room door was opened, where our luggage was already stored, the key broke. But they would remedy this with their separate scanning system with a card. But various attempts failed. They wanted to give us another room, but everything was still in our room incl. Medication. So a locksmith had to come. That lasted 4 hours. We therefore went to the associated Italian restaurant for dinner. Great class. Highly recommended! When the room was accessible again, the receptionist said that we had to pay 25 euros for the key! The next morning only cold water came out of the shower head. Yes, there were maintenance work, was said at the desk. But warning hotel guests was too much work. Too bad .... some more excuses and offering guests a drink would work much better. A bad review costs a lot more!
