While dining here for the first time, we had a rather disappointing experience. It took 15 min after being seated to even get a waiter to greet us and get our drink order, Another 15 min to get our appetizer order, and then another 15 - 20 min to get our main entree order. The food itself took another 25 min. The food was actually pretty good, but with small portions of beans and rice. The queso, salsa, and chips were absolutely delicious. Our cups remained empty for a good Portion of the time we were there. There was however a service manager who came out and apologized on behalf of our waiter which was appreciated, however I'm not sure we will be going back . I also kept in mind that you never know what someone is going through so I tried to give our guy the benefit of the doubt but the longer we were there, the more he just looked like he was annoyed he had to work. Also, it was FREEZING in there. Everybody was crossing their arms And looked cold. It was uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to leave. Good food, bad service.
