I ordered a solar cover for my pool. Two days late...

I ordered a solar cover for my pool. Two days later when I didn't receive a shipping confirmation, I called. They told me the item was backordered. I told them to cancel the order. They said before they would credit my amount someone would call to confirm cancellation. Two days later no one called. I called again. They said they would cancel the order and I would be receiving a credit on my card in 2-3 days. Two to three days later I receive an email giving me a tracking number saying they are shipping my cover to me. I call again and they said yes we see where you cancelled your order, but our procedure is, if the item comes in, we go ahead and ship it to you anyway. I told them no and checked with my credit card company and they had not given me a credit. The last lady told me she would call Fed Ex to stop the order, but today I received an email saying she could not stop the shipment. I placed the order on May 26th and I"m still trying to get my money back. Every time I call them they have lied to me and twice have been rude. I ask to speak to a manager twice and they said someone would call me back and that never happened. They also advertise that shipping is free and then charge you a handling fee which the lady said today is really the same as a shipping charge and I would not get that credited back to me because my second $20 dollar item was sent.

I have tried three times with now five phone calls to get my order cancelled because the item was not available which they did not tell me this when I ordered it. I will never do business with this company again.
