Took 3.5 hrs to change oil and rotate tires, truck...

Took 3.5 hrs to change oil and rotate tires, truck was supposed to be washed, they forgot. Scheduled Truck for recall issues for Following Monday for 2 items. Dropped truck off at 7:30, work order stated completion for 2:30 same day. Received a call that it will require another day. I made it clear, on both visits, that I must have truck completed because I need it for work on the next day. Tried to get me a truck, best offer was a Traverse, that won t work for me as a contractor. I asked what got done in the 7 hours the truck was there, nothing....

Not sure what to do next??
