I have personally had a good experience with this clinic. The staff has been very polite and helpful and they do try their best to help you with questions you might have.
However, I will say that the wait time for some doctors are absolutely ludicrous. I will have 3:30 appointment and not be seen until almost 5 PM. This could be an issue with my specific psychiatrist, but I have noticed other people also waiting lucrative amounts of time.
I think the psychiatrists here try to jam pack their schedules with as many people as possible and do not consider the wait time or the schedule of their patients.
That being said, I love my psychiatrist and I think this, overall, is a good clinic.
