Shocking service. Requested a refund over two week...

Shocking service. Requested a refund over two weeks ago because they couldn't fulfill my order and they still have my money despite telling me this would be returned within 3-5 working days.

What really frustrates me is that they are taking peoples money and then days later saying the order is delayed or can't be fulfilled.

It's painful. Please don't buy from them.

Over 3 months now and still no refund.

They should be closed down. Criminals.

UPDATE - Approaching 6 months now and still haven't received my refund. The bank are investigating. The manager Craig is very rude. Has accused me of lying. He's the criminal.
