Ordered an office chair which on their site measur...

Ordered an office chair which on their site measured the wrong size, so when it turned up it was bigger than stated.

When I called up to ask to send it back I couldn t get through to customer services so I opted to go through to their sales line instead.

Their sales person offered only an email and a made up customer services representative Colin Connell to contact - emailed twice with no response. Called their customer services again and, you guessed it - no answer?!

I m now stuck with a chair i don t want.
