It was a bad experience. First the sales person said I would have my table and a few weeks, assuming I would have it in two weeks. Talk to three different managers about going back-and-forth, and got no where. I even asked if they could discount it or get free delivery for all the issues I had with the salesman. I have bought all my furniture there for years and this one person and the managers have change my mind about my money spent there my bad experience. The sales person also said he would watch to see if my table went on sale for or anything. My sales person went on vacation for two weeks, so I could not get a hold of him. I did see that if you bought anything for $1000 you get free delivery. Called the the manager about that they said no I spent $959 on the table and they would not even negotiate. I said, "look at all the money I've spent in your store and you can't wave $50?" they said no I talked to two different managers one was rude when was nice. This is really really bad experience.
