The service department needs improvement. I have had several unpleasant experiences. I got the vehicle and was told I would get free inspections. The first year I had to pay and when I called as instructed I was told the amount would be refunded that has yet to happen. The service department has yet to be accurate about the time allowed. Each time I go I end up calling someone for transportation because no one is available to shuttle. Seriously thinking about going elsewhere for service. Interactions with all other areas have been above and beyond
