In the last week I have used Carmel for rides from JFK to Manhattan round trip. The drivers were courteous, came on time, and listened when I asked them to take a specific route. I can find no fault with either trip. We did use another service years ago but there were so many problems that we switched to Carmel and have been their customer ever since. This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.
