This course was a wonderful place to begin my journey as a mediator, and I really appreciated the support of the instructors, who were all excellent. My personal learning style did much better with the role playing, more interactive aspects of the course, so I found the lecture sections to be a bit challenging... but that's just based on my own personal learning preferences. Overall, a wonderful training. I feel very supported in my journey of becoming a mediator. Thank you Monica and Team!
