I called Mousecalls to learn more about Windows 10 version 1903 - I had been on 1804 (I think) a 2018 version & I had googled 1903 and seen 2 or more pages of recent issues where Windows customers had had problems with 1903 such as BSOD black screen of death, monitor issues like all one color or monitor turned chronically off, etc, it was NOT pretty.
so I was hesitant to update to 1903 at this time, but as the Mousecalls rep said to me, the only alternative to upgrading to 1903 was to let my Windows go unsupported and in his words "become a malware magnet" which would be not acceptable.

He told me he had updated a month or 2 ago with no problems, so I made the determination to go ahead and update. It took about 1 or 2 hours and the only change I have noticed is I now have to provide a PIN # I established to access my PC. Probably a good idea- So far I have not had any trouble but it has only been 2 days now. I definitely benefitted from this advice,
