Very bad experience. Unbearable noise in the room ...

Very bad experience. Unbearable noise in the room next to mine. At 2:30 am I had to go down to the reception desk so I could urge the noise and noise they were making in the room next door to somehow calm down. Unfortunately that was not enough so around 4:30 again all over again. Somehow we fell asleep around 6.
It all happened on 24.11 Saturday night.
A neglected 5 * hotel starting from the toilet in the room to other facilities. Pictures attached.
Not for recommendation, and it is more expensive than the Hyatt hotel in Belgrade.
Food and staff ok
