The experience of the last few months has been totally disappointing. From the reviews it seems that it is the current VOLA practice. In January, I purchased 3 round-trip tickets for August to Scotland, along with a refundable Vola and travel cancellation insurance. For reasons included in the insurance (death of a relative of the first fence) I canceled the trip. I opened a file, but the insurer cannot handle it because VOLA does not answer messages, phone calls, etc. Moreover, the return flight date has been changed and the corresponding amount should have been returned.
