The resort is huge and the waterpark is nice. The check in process painful even for mobile check in. The food was super expensive and not very good. The other issue is they close restaurants for private events so that narrows your choices. We at places outside the resort on the mall and other local places. The Spa is a 5 star if you want a great massage you need to see Shirley see is awesome and so nice. Jonathan and the front desk was great too!
