They have the most wonderful customer service. Thought I was going to be stuck with a pair of shoes that weren't going to work for me. Spoke to the manager and without any resistance they put me in a type of shoe that was a better fit for my riding abilities. Have been going to this store for years...looking forward to future purchases.
