Do not waste your time or money. You could not pay for me to stay in this dump. From initial check in which took 20 minutes, to the drab wet mop personality of the check in guy. No smile, no welcome greeting, nada. I have no idea where anything is. Everyone was rude, no parking spaces so had to walk far to your room if you can even find it. No help with your bags, dirty room with black hair in sink and all around bathroom. What a waste of a beautiful location. Train your staff, clean up your act or shut your doors. Now the clock and lights and plug do not work. Sink slowly drains, toilet barely flushes and forget about taking a hot shower. However, it is stifling hot in the room. A/C doesn't work. Flat yellowed pillows, plastic feeling sheets and bed. Tried calling a manager, front desk guy said he had no name and told me to call back and press 0. Seriously.
