A friend recommended J. Kent because they set her up with work opportunities the summer before her teaching job. Quickly after applying and being interviewed, I was offered one-day opportunities ranging from receptionist positions to large conference/event support staff. When I started, I was a part-time nanny, and with a health condition, the flexibility was ideal so I could make medical appointments during weekdays if needed. I left for an extended trip for 2.5 months and called J. Kent as soon as I returned. After proving my reliability, I was offered a long-term contract with a J. Kent client. As a recent graduate, the stable employment is appreciated as I continue to search for something long-term and career focused. All the opportunities have fostered skill-growth and continual practice of customer service. The J. Kent staffing coordinators have all been helpful and considerate throughout the whole process which I am grateful for. I recommend folks reach out to J. Kent if they are looking for short-term or long-term opportunities, to work towards a permanent position or to just make some extra money.
