Unprofessional and incompetent Law Firm

I do not make it a habit to complain online against anyone, but my conscience will not let me move on from my recent experience with this firm. Unsuspecting clients need to know what transpired in my case and the firm needs to review as well to prevent from happening again in the future - if they even care one bit. This is an extremely unprofessional set of lawyers (the two I worked with, Bob Einhorn and Jacky Beda) that are only interested in their own advancement/profit. They have committed horrible novice mistakes in handling my case, which was a simple negotiation. Fortunately the case had a positive outcome only because I insisted several times to proceed against their irrational and misplaced advice. Without a hint of exaggeration, I literally had to insist on acting against the lawyers' advice EVERY SINGLE TIME, in order to reach a positive outcome in my case.

Just listing a few of their most egregious mistakes:

1. Bad communication. Partner Bob Einhorn was always available for initial calls, but as soon as I signed up he passed my case over to associate Jacky Beda who was clearly out of his element. Never did he disclose that in the signing papers and the initial communication with him.
2 Associate Jacky Beda never wanted to engage with other party and their legal team (that were understandably playing dead) over the phone until I insisted I was going to call them myself. Turned out that was the best decision for moving the case forward.
3. Legal team did not understand basic elements of negotiation, alternatives to negotiated agreement, business sense of numbers presented, lowest acceptable negotiated amount. They even insisted on stopping negotiation and signing me up for arbitration right before opposite party was ready to engage, only because arbitration would have been way more lucrative for them.
4. Associate insisted he had a next day reply policy, even though he let emails and calls unanswered for several weeks at a time. Not once did he apologize, it was never his mistake.
5. Associate openly questioned my motives and undermined my credibility during the negotiation, not once but several times. If you are not going to trust your own client, you are not fit to be in the legal profession. Period.
6. I asked for a 20 min in person meeting with associate Jacky Beda only once in our 18 month-long interaction. He told me exactly what time to show up, only to not be available on a ridiculous excuse and have me wait 3 hours until he could finally meet me. Mind you that was the day before Christmas, I had to fly in from out of state, and had to reschedule my return arrangements because of that delay. Absolutely insane.

I don't even know how I managed to have an ongoing relationship for a year and a half with this team of clowns, and managed to successfully steer them to a desirable outcome despite their best efforts to derail my case. Nobody in their right mind should have to go through that. They get zero stars from me and a huge complaint for lack of professionalism, lack of experience and knowledge in legal and professional matters, and bad communication practices. Gentlemen you have not even reached out to discuss my feedback, even though I have continually voiced my disagreements throughout our engagement. And you have not reached out to discuss these complaints even after I made them public. Shows how unprofessional you are and how much you (don't) care for your clients
