Customer service has gone down the tubes I used to get my taxes done here for years. But folks there have. Forgotten how to treat people. They aren t there to help, guide, teach anymore. You are just hearded in like cattle, with the hope you do better next year. My preparer never looked at me once. This used to be a family first oriented business, but things have changed. I m very disappointed to the point I will have to find another office that will at least pretend to care.
