I am a lease holder for one of their properties. I have been yanked and pulled in every which direction. They have been extremely unresponsive, never at their desks when called. I have tried everyday for a week to contact them, and fortunately connected to their emails. Unfortunately, they are extremely uncoordinated with emails also, and a simple issue is taking weeks to solve. I am being passed on from person to person within the organization. I just want to be helped, and I want to leave my lease. This has honestly been a painstaking and extremely expensive endeavor. I am a student, and paying their ridiculous fees are hard enough, but their treatment of a paying customer is heinous. Students beware.
