If you have them and you need to get money from a different insurance company then they will be great. However, if you have insurance with them and someone who is insured by them hit your car while it was parked then they will try to not pay you and make you wait months before you get paid.
From personal experience. Also business is still down and commercial vehicles are not been on the road for a while but they won't allow to lower liability to less than 1 million dollars and makes pay same premiums as if you are working which is crazy. Other companies are much easier to deal with and provide flexibility to help out business owners during this difficult time.
