Nordstrom used to be the benchmark of good customer service.
But Customer Service is now abysmal. They give you incorrect information just to get you off the phone. I have called six times, and each time they apologize but without any sincerity. And nothing gets done. You can tell that they can care less.
I no longer feel any customer loyalty to Nordstrom. They are like all of the other Department Stores.
